I know, Marcus had this first. However, check out what I did with it:

It's a bit Australian-Scouting themed though, so I don't know if anyone would want it. =) If anyone does, they can have it. I'll just pack it into a zip and send it on to you. You need to be running e107 CMS, which is availiable from e107.org
If, in the case of anyone wanting it, I can give you directions to replace the flash at the top of the page with your own flash, or a static image. It just requires a bit of twiddling with the .Css files and theme.php.
