Website - Child Protection & Legal Issues

Hi.
Just started to set up a website for my local Group, and I was wondering about what child protection issues I need to consider, as well as any other legal issues I should know about.
Our Scout Leader is a solicitor, so hopefully I can get guidance from him, but can anybody give me useful items to consider?

If you phone the information office at Gilwell they will be able to supply you with a good practice guide factsheet - I can't remember exactly what it is called but it can be downloaded.

As a previous Scout personally - actually I got my Chief Scout Award in 1975 - I really think Scouts are in a super position to do great things now and in the future.
There are lots of not nice things happening all around us - all this organisation does is make better people. Keep up the GREAT work.
