Show us your camp blanket!

Here's mine, very much a work in progress. I got the blanket from our local freecycle group and the badges are all ones that I have collected, these include defunkt beaver badges, camp badges and a couple of swimmimg badges that I got when I attempted to learn to swim in the early 80's (can swim now).

I have tons of badges to sew on though.

Good post to start Mike. I've got a new blanket which will (mainly) feature all the badges I've blagged during this year, I'll post a pic in 2011 when I stop making excuses and finish it

Im very proud of my blanket, 20 years of collecting badges from being a brownie, guide, venture scout and pinching my brothers cub and scout badges.
I find it fun swapping and buying new badges. Im always willing to swap group badges with any!

Akela 281, how many badges do you have on your blanket? Or rather, how much of your blanket can be seen?

i dont know how many badges, but i find them on old uniforms found at jumble sales, and every campsite i go to. Unfortunaly i cant sew well so when it gets washed and tuble dried some come off and the stick on badges are crap so they dont stay on either. I dont have a sewing machine so they are just put on in any order - apart from the jamboree ones which are all together.
I still want anotehr warm blanket at camp as this one is now heavy. So do i start another one or stick the badges ont eh back?

Chalk_UK, how about posting the images instead of a link.
Get the image url and put it in between
