i think it is a giant sea bird about to mess on his car - that look of "it will be funny, but only because i can't do anything about it!"

Oh no!! So sorry ASL Chris, I do apologise! I was posting off the top of my head. I did not use a name when I sent the email to the editor. I have edited my post to reflect this.

We ran your poster on our work intranet for one day, with a little note saying turn up at HQ and meet us to see what goes on. . . 5 new wannabe leaders and two ex-scouters who want to get back into scouting turned up!
We may be able to fill gaps in Beavers Cubs & Scouts now - just with one run of your poster.
