Welcome to the site John.
Have you thought about contacting County to see if there is anything you can use.

Well Collard Bridge (North Devon) will have indoor accommodation in the new 2014 season. Currently the heating is being fitted but hoped ready for May 2014 onwards. https://sites.google.com/site/collardbridgecampsite/ They have two large heated rooms. The toilet and shower block is next door. No cooking inside, but they plan to build a cooking shelter next door.
