I think it's given when you've posted 100 times

that wasn't a challenge
It is auto-changed when you reach 100 posts, however, if you spam we will delete the spam posts, reducing your post count.
Its about quality over quantity!

Ok thanks Magician and jimjam
You could also change the text under your name in your profile so you could put it as "Senior Member" yourself....
On the old escouts system, there was a members list where you could sort it according to the number of posts.
A bit like Googling yourself - you see where you came on the list....
I made the front page once...![]()

From underneath the menu above (Home | Forum | What's New? |etc...), there is a "Community" link... click it, then "member list". Once there, click 'Posts' to sort by post count.
I think this should take you straight there - http://www.escouts.org.uk/forum/memb...rt=posts&pp=30
Click on the Community link in the menu and then click member list.
In the members list click on the column heading for number of posts which will then sort the table, might need to click it twice to get the top poster on the same page
------ Update --- The Following was Added within 30 Minutes of the above ---
Looks like you got there before me
Ooh I'm 9th highest poster![]()
