Hi, as all of the sites' dns infor has been changed the standard 'this is an escouts members page' appears like at http://www.warleyscouts.org.uk

Why not, just until you have finished changing servers, change this page to say something like you are moving servers, this then explains to the visitor why the website isnt working.

Just that, my site beginns with 'w' so i am guessing it is going to be one of the last to be sorted out so this page will be appearing for a while.

All the data transfer is now done, apart from the cleanup for the failed accounts.

I just have to change the IP for your site from the main server to Escouts own IP. T-X Accounts only. Takes minutes. Hopefully then Graham, Ross, Grum, Simon or Matt will begin changing passwords for full domain name accounts. subdomain (e.g. yourgroup.escouts.org.uk) will need to wait whilst I edit httpd.conf.

And I've sales enquires on Pathfinder Hosting to attend to as well ;)

How long will the cleanup of the failed accounts take? I really should stop pestering you!

Not too long. I'm just emailing the rest of the team to ask them to help clear the password requests, whilst I start to look at them.

Umm, even though everything is done https://support.escouts.org.uk/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi still isnt working.

Why is this?

The https won't work atm, and that one is odd because it has it's own IP. You can accesss it through: http://216.67.227.97/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi
