45 Hours per month = 1.45 hours per day, 10.16 hours a week (based on a 31 day month)

If we need to extend the results, more hours ... let me know ;)

Sometimes I can leave the site for ages - although if I am doing major updates or re-designing then I can spend a lot of time on it.

It varies alot depending on what activities have happened in the month as doing the photos and reports etc for Summer camp can take a long time but some months there is almost nothing that needs updating.

Just an average time will be fine, gives an idea to how much time over the year people actually put into their site.

Given that i'm currently running two sites, one which is still in major development, its hard to say...
I'd say an average is 31-35 hours if you average it, maybe more.

Our Scout Leader has most of the info to update or add to our site, but im working on a new versions not using Dreamweaver, but Mambo/Joomla, and Dotnetnuke.
The main problem is developing the skins or templates, and getting them approved.

My latest DNN site is on a free host at dotnetnuke3.com where they will let you have 100mb free as long as its accessed regularly.
