hi,

gmail - owned by google has already been in the news.

They could be in trubble as when you e-mail out to someone and say dvd or something in the e-mail they add a advert on that topic.

Also as they give you so much storage they dont alow you to delete messages - (im only going on what was said on the news)

this has something to do with the data protection act, or something along those lines - but they have not broken the law (yet)

how do you feel on having all your messages online for the rest of your life? - i know i wouldnt like it.

please reply with your views

Sounds ludicrous if you ask me. Ill stick with hotmail or yahoo for my free e-mail, and use the mail that comes with my hosting for other e-mail.

I do not belive that they will stop you deleting messages. However the service will come in 2 packages, Free & Paid. The free one does not allow pop access and has ads while the paid allows pop access and doesnt have ads. I think anyway. I think i heard it on kenradio sometime this week. http://www.kenradio.com/ - Their show is synced to my pocket pc every morning so i listen to it on the way to school. It's really good if your into technology news!
