The copyright probably only exists in the UK. If you look carefully, you'll see that the seller is in Hong Kong which is, doubtless where these repros were made!

The company I work for spent an awful lot of money designing an industrial piece of kit which we supplied to a site in china. Within 4 weeks the people on site had dismantled, reverse engineered it, and built their own. Even the copyrighted and patented controllers.

I'm not sure that copyright laws work that well in certain countries in the far east

China has signed the WTO agreement on patents and copyright but their system is so corrupt and/ or inefficient that it barely works. Anyone dealing in China has to understand that their product is highly likely to be copied.
As far as the badges are concerned, well what can you do?
