    So why were the police at ecamp?

    Did they show up because of E Scouts? (If e camp had been elsewhere would the police still be responding to this campsite.)

    I reckon they weren't actually at the campsite...

    I think the attendees went to attend one of the local pubs, and passed this on the way ((or way back (possibly outside a police station)), and then one member jumped in front, while one took the photo. Just my guess...

    It also looks to be a "traffic car" rather than a "local" police car, so probably wouldn't get sent to the site...

    Just my theory...

    Was one of the Officers in the car a Scouter and Escouts reader and was 'just visiting'?
