    Logo Generator

Has anybody else tried to use the Logo Generator in the new Print Centre and been somewhat underwhelmed by the quality of the output?

So bad I'm afraid its unusable. :-(

It's not bad at all, just use the black one and then change the settings if you use it word to black and white and then save that and it'll be fine.

Rule 66. A map and compass offers no protection against getting horribly lost.

Yep! There is a workaround though. The best way is to create the logo and open the preview PDF. Save this and open in Photoshop or Acrobat (not Reader) and save as a JPG. I believe that Paint Shop Pro can open PDFs as well. I understand the image can be copied from Acrobat Reader and then pasted into Paint or Paint.net.

    Hope that helps.

easier way than that. update the image and right click it, press save picture as and save it as a jpeg.

Very true, but you do get a bit more flexibility with resizing etc. the other way. However, simple is best!
