I'm really new here and i'm trying to plan my first programme around the Health and Fitness badge.
Any ideas would be most appreciated
We did pulses.
Show them how to feel their friend's pulse. Then do mini circuits - star jumps, standing on a stool and off a stool etc.
Then check the pulses again.
We also repeated the circuits the next week to see how many more of each they could do in the time.
