    Information for Parents????

Not been on here for a while so here goes.

Do headquarters have a form for new parents? I'm sure the last leader in my group handed them out but i can't find where he got them from. It was an A3 sheet of thick paper folded in half. The front half was information for the parents (leaders names, times, places etc) and the back half was information for leaders (name, address, emergency contact etc). I'm sure it's an orangy colour...

    Any idea?

SHQ have 'Welcome to the Adventure' forms for Parents and Guardians.

They include everything from Gift Aid to Self Declaration.

Contact Fordell, they have packs of 10 costing 2.50

    Hope this helps :-)

I'm still using the A4 parent packs. Paid for them before they decided to do them for free!

We insert out own registration form, gift aid form and a CRB form.

The parent info is on the website and is the single most visited page on the site.
