    Thanks for the update, Richard. I've been pondering how to fix the invisible menu items for a while, bud did not have the CSS / PHP know-how to make the changes myself.

    The template is available for all to use, so I would assume that that means yes.
    What you want to do seems the same as mentioned in Post 11, except for CMScout

    not easily, I find it is easiest to change it, then upload it.
    Or get JoomlaExplorer (check the extensiobns site), then you can

    In the Templates CSS file (css/template_css.css, or in the template manager, click edit CSS) find mainlevel-nav, and edit the backgroung colour in that "section"

    I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to this joomla stuff...

    Can someone explain to me what i need to do to get this on the web?

    I have uploaded the lot to the server but i keep getting the direct access error.

    Any help would be appreciated,
