    Your script isn't connecting to the database - have you created one for this and did it ask you for the details. Been a while since I looked at MRBS...

    Ive created the databases and it asked me to change a php config file with the setting for the database ive probably missed something.

    This is what ive got.

    * you want to change text strings such as "Meeting Room

    // to set this if you're using PHP 5 on Linux. In this configuration
    // if you don't, meetings in a different DST than you are currently

    //
    // Note that timezones can be set on a per-area basis, so strictly speaking this

    $timezone = "Europe/London";

    Yes, but for doing what? Need to understand your requirements/expectation before recommending anything ....
    If it was easy, it wouldn't be so much fun...

    I just need a system that will book about 8 rooms that will display in a calendar form for ease of use! I also need it to produce a log of the bookings with its own individual reference code. Ideally the software would then send a confirmation of the booking but this can be done manually once the log has been created! Currently the system is a excel spread sheet where each piece Of information has to be entered in and offen gets missed causing problems with the bookings especially with several different people doing the bookings. I think I might need some custom software to do exactly what I want but, just some software that could take the bookings and create a log with a ref would be ideal!
