    Gang shows

Wasn't sure which section to put this in but never mind.
My group are planning our first gang show type event later this year and I'm after some inspiration, and would like to get this by visiting some other gang shows.
I'd ideally like them to be either in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Devon, or Wiltshire and I'd be looking for shows in the next couple of months, so can anyone suggest any to visit?

Its a bit out of the way for you, but Coventry GS is this week (14th - 17th). Check out www.coventrygangshow.co.uk for more information, or drop me a line.

Thanks for the replies so far guys.
Yes Coventry is a but far, but Taunton is not too bad as I can combine it with visiting family in the outlying villages.
    Keep the suggestions coming.

May I suggest you contact Ewan Murray - either through Escouts or through the Activities Department at Gilwell

He is Technical Advisor for Staged Shows and I believe he collected up details of GS around the country a few years ago!

Newcastle Gang Show also takes place the same week as Middlesbrough's show.

Wrong end of the country but I'll plug it anyway! Flying High is running at Derby Theatre from next week. Reminds me, I've never been and said I'd book tickets... must do so!
