    yearly survey

    Dear Wayne
can I make a strong recommendation that the current survey is pulled. I have just attempted to complete it, which I have done, but it assumes you are a section leader. many of us are not. this drives it to generate questions that are not relevant or cant be answered honestly. All this will do is generate poor data at the end. many of the questions seem similar and the survey does not look well put together.

please change it, it makes the association look really poor.

    Hi Paul,

This isn't the annual membership survey, it is the latest Your Programme, Your Voice which is a regular consultation from the Programme Team. It has the following statement at the top of the survey which I think clearly shows its intent of being targeted at section roles and the support they need.

“This edition of 'Your Programme, Your Voice' is aimed at those with sectional roles. The personal feedback given in the survey helps us to identify the support you require in your Scouting role. Thank you for taking the time to give us your responses.”

    Hope this reassures,
    Wayne

thanks for the quick response. accepted, but then it would be nice for those of us who work and support many sections and groups, to have someway of feeding back on the programme.

You do, these are part of a regular schedule of consultions it's just that this one is focussed at a particular group.
