29 Ltr Aquarolls with small diameter taps

    Hi

Does anyone have spare taps for Old style 29 Ltr aquarolls water containers we are in need of taps and cannot buy them as they have been superseded by the larger diameter taps ?

Any defunct containers with good taps ? any taps in the 'might be useful one day' box ? any come threw The Storegate ?

Same problem here Tony. I didn't even know they did different sizes until I bought a new tap...and it was too big*. Apparently they stopped making the small hole aquarolls in 1992!

    * If anyone wants a big bore tap, let me know and I'll stick it in the post.

After this thread, I will take extra care of the tap on our one existing small bore aquaroll. Sorry, we don't have any spares to send out.

Same quest here as well. I was looking at some different suppliers to see if they made a compatible cap/tap

I am sending out a couple of emails tonight - on a quest to see what I can find

In an age of 3D printing...an adapter that you screw on to the small bore that then lets you screw on the standard big bore...

That's as far as my skill and talent can take me. I'm an ideas man.

I'd be amazed if said adaptor doesn't already exists....Let alone printing it yourself.
