    I thought it was worthwhile, myself. Re Agile, the point that was being carried by that was a move away from "develop the whole thing then find it's rubbish once people see it" i.e. Compass. A logical way to apply "agile" to Compass would have been to build and deploy an MMS replacement with no new features at all, then to add to it on a periodic basis new features.

    Does that mean they will move the digital maker staged badge away from the horrible waterfall implementation it currently has to an agile one that means you don't get to stage 4 before you need a computer?

    Had our CSL asked for expenses from the group for this, it would probably have been the first expense claim we ever refused.

    We'll cover all sorts of stuff - training, campsite visits, leader uniforms, etc.

    However, I can't see that many on our exec would see this is as justifable way of spending group funds.
