    Difficult to understand what they are trying to say here.

    But, the new Yellow Card (as distributed at Gilwell Reunion) includes the Plain English Campaign 'Crystal Mark', so presumably it makes sense to someone.

    The NOT negates the activities, so anything that is not an activity.

    that involve more than one other person being present, or at least within sight and hearing of others.

    You can only do in pairs.

    Do not plan to be alone with a young person.

    But not with any young people.

    This means all you can do in scouting is stay at home with the [significant other].

    Crystal clear, stick a mark on it and send it to the printers, again.
