This will result in the formation of the British Baden-Powell Boy and Girl Scouts Scouting Association (BBPBGSSA), to be managed by the Federation Of Overpaid Leader Scouts. For simplicity the organisation will be known by the acronym of the management organisation.

Maybe the census figures aren't great and they can't find a way to spin it if numbers have actually fallen.

Our DESC informed us the other day that for the first time we have had a fall in Explorer numbers in the District (mainly due to changes in Leadership at one of the Units leading to some choosing to leave)

Could just be timing of course. Lots of stories around that could easily drown it out. Royal baby, royal wedding (both in the same genre of feel good establishment stories) plus Brexit, Windrush etc. Best time for these things is an anticipated slow news day. Not had one for a while!
