    Hello again,, once more

Hello to all my friends. I'm now finally back home after a year in hospitals. Working hard on my physio but st still disabled. I finally discovered my condition and had to endure a lot of chemotherapy. It's worked well and I keep happy. I keep in touch with the group and I did my duties at the agm. Slowly, big by bit and thanks foru for all your support and prayers. God bless.

It is great to hear from you again and that you are slowly on the mend.

Take care of yourself to ensure a good recovery and drop in here when you feel able as Iím sure many of us are missing your posts - but only when you feel you are able.

    Take care and best wishes.

    Hello again, twice

    Hello
Still struggling on. Have been at home for nearly 6 months. I keep smiling. Spend as much time in my wheelchair and only occasionally in bed. I have carers visiting 4times each day. Read a lot of books and watch DVD on my favourite subjects : navigation, orienteering, math, physics and rollercoasters. Taking time off from scouting until I've got more strength. Got a exercise bike and pedal at least 2x daily for 10-15km . I'm now able to use active mode where I push myself. I don't go far as I've converted my garage into a gym but I use exercise regimes on the DVD to help me to visualise. Just started to do celestial navigation course by books and online. Intending to do some scouting next month as soon as I get some transport. Meanwhile I've got my disabled pass and my wife have been to the big city and got visitor membership to all museums. Keeping my brain cells well exercised!

I still see a lot of hospitals. But I'm all o.k. Looking forward to Christmas.

Thanks for all the well-wishes and I look forward to seeing you sometime in the future. And seeing as I mentioned the big C word I'd better go.
