New Chief Scout Platinum and Diamond Badge

Just got a new supply of CSA Platinum badges and they are awful.
    They are smaller and insignificant..
Why or why have the SA done this.

Then you've received some of the incorrect batch that have since been taken off sale due to them being the wrong size - it was a manufacturing error by the supplier.

I would suggest seeing if you can return them.

I'd keep then as they will be rare and may become a collectors item.
To get more kids we need more adults - are we getting the message yet?

Howw on Earth did Scout Shops allow them to be dispatched? Why were they not just immedietly returned to the manufacturer as soon as they were received as it would have been immedietly obvious they were the wrong size. Yet more incompetance from TSA.

Probably because whoever received the order either didn't realise when they put them into the pick bin or just thought that HQ had changed them and not told anyone.

Remember that staff in the 'shop warehouse' are possibly just normal workers and not higher up the chain. Not sure how many people work in the Scout Shop business.

I agree that there has been some miscommunication or misunderstanding but it may be down to someone on 'minimum wage'.
