    Everyday forms in word format

Having only just found the forum, I'm being a bit of a posting demon at the minute

I seem to remember using the camp and one day activity forms in word format previously but for the life of me can't remember where I got a copy. (I have a new lappy here) anyone help me out?

    Also

I've heard of a few troops getting a carte blance form completed at the start of the session to cover outdoors activity. I wouldn't have thought that possible but does it happen, does it work and, I suppose more importantly, is it okay to do??

The one day activity form (in word format) can be found on Scoutbase at http://www.scoutbase.org.uk/ps/activ...tivityform.doc

I have a coverall permission form which I get all Scout parents to complete. It covers activities such as Archery, climbing, target shooting etc, permission to take photos and to use for Scout related articles including the Web, permission to keep data and to pass on for Scout purposes, permission to take out of HQ on activities during a Troop night. It seems to work.

Our Group and unit also have a similar form to ninthskip's but it doesn't cover quite such a wide range of activites.
