Love it, I am hoping to take a flag to get signed by people. Think that is suitable? It is the first time I have ever been to anything as big as this so don't know what is and isn't acceptable

like everyone says it only happens once, and im planning to make the most of it, thats why im part of the build and take down team as well as part of the media team

Sorry, went to bed! To pick up where we left off...
At least you have been to a Jamboree before! More than I have. I would have liked to have done more, but family circumstances don't really permit. I only have a fraction of the Troop with me, and just 3 other leaders so it should be good. The Explorer Leader and 3 Explorers are coming as well. We are hoping to walk in to the site from Brockenhurst having come in by train from Lymington!

Oh, 20 Scouts, 4 leaders, no parents, we let the Scouts cook, but probably not this time round, we will probably cook centrally.

    Bears at Camp

    Hi
I'm Sub Camp Leader for Oceania at H007 - the excitement and panic levels are about the same at the moment. I know it's going to be a fantastic camp as I have been involved from the first meeting. The organisation of something like this is huge - I'd like to congratulate Dom, Neil and Mark (et al)for everything so far -thank you for making it happen guys!

The Cub Section will also have 2 bears on site. Baden and Amelia have been travelling around the County since the beginning of 2006, visiting each District and taking part in Cub activities. They both have camp blankets with badges, uniforms and a scrapbook. They also have some friends who have joined them on their journey. If I organise a Teddy Bears Picnic, Buddy is welcome to join us as a VIB. I can also arrange for him to have an ID tag - we don't wan't him ejected by one of the Marshalls!

You are welcome to visit Oceania at anytime. The Embassy is open to visitors!

    Vanessa

aww, well hope the teddy bears picnic happens as an offical photographer would be a bit of fun, but once I set off buddy I have no idea where he will be, i just hope he comes back, he now had my spare scout scarf and woggle, could of new badges. he is off to the Malvern Challenge in a couple of weeks to visit, the following week he is off to alton towers for the weekend then after that he is off canoeing for a weekend, he is a very very busy bear.

    Hampshire County Leaders Meeting

    Hi All

Just returned from a good meeting.

There are quite a few badges they are giving away like the centhalon Badges, they have 25/50/75/100 badges which spell out H007.

anyone who does dragon boating for the day out option will get the dragon boating badge.

    H007 Badge, Scarf all sorts.

Each scout will be issued with a wrist band with colours on these run on the bases like if their band is green they go to the green zone etc.
