    how come you don't own a sleeping bag? you stopped camping all together?

    just 7 days untill our county jamboree..im no where near organised!
    any tips for bad weather??

    Keep a supply of dry towels in a plastic bag and use them sparingly. Also try to have a spare coat. Remember to pack your smile!

    Hmm.... That's probably why I tend to drive to places myself... means I can fill my car with assorted junk... er usefull stuff that I might just need! Also means I have somewhere to keep kit dry when I'm in the hammock!

    Just got to work out how much stuff I can actually fit in my poor little car along with all the PA and Projection and Camera kit I need with me!

    Should be a good weekend - been a while since I was at Hesley (last time was prob as a scout about 10 years ago!)

    haha..of course i will post pics!!!

    for the beaver day we are doing knights and princesses ( as its in castle grounds) so the tutu has had a radical overhaul into a princess dress! - complete with silly tudor hat, strippy leggings and a toy horse!
