Festival of Scouting - a question

I've been asked to find an Explorer Scout to represent the district and carry the district banner at this Festival thingy.

Does anyone know what will be involved? I.e. are there rehearsals that they'll be expected to get to as well as the actual event?

I know my daughter asked a similar question - emailed a response to the enquiry which cascaded down via our District. I am not sure whether she had any response, I will ask her tonight.

I checked and although she sent off an email on 19th June she did not get a reply - just tried sending again and to the office address.

Becky got a response about whether they would also be able to watch the show - the response was
"The flag bearers are in the privileged position of currently being the
only participants in LIVE 07 who get to both be in the Show AND watch
    it!! "
