    I'm damned...if I'll feel guilty about it!

My son Andrew is going to the Patrol Leaders Camp on Brownsea next week. They leave before the big day but still a great experience for him.

Can we, therefore, presume that Austin Lill is going to Brownsea? I'm confuzzled.
Well done to Andrew Cathcart for getting on to Brownsea. Although, to be honest, I didn't apply, so I can't complain.

Oh yes Austin is going, and he can't wait. He is like a big kid waiting for Christmas!

Ha! It's understandable, though: wouldn't YOU be excited?!

Full stop, period. My 'confusing' post was saying I'm damned for going (as per the thread) and then swinging round to saying so be it Just done a rough badge swop count, I've got nearly 200!

If he sees any maniac Scouts in scarlet scarves (note: scarves, not neckers ) on Thursday, they're ours! Not camping on Brownsea though.

I'll be on Brownsea on the 1st August, although hopefully I'll be very busy working!

In fact, from tomorrow, Brownsea will be my home for the next three weeks...

I'll look out for the scarlet neckers....they better not cause any trouble!

I'll be in one of the Brownsea staff shirts and probably looking very tired by mid morning - the first media ferry is at 4am from Sandbanks!

Oh, and I'm the third from the right in the pic on this link -

You might see me in the same Welsh necker on the 1st.

    Maybe see you around...

You can get them from the Welsh Scout Council online, however, I suggest you just hunt out the Welsh contingents at the jamboree, I'm sure the'll have one amongst them there....
