    navigator

    Hi

My cubs have done half the navigators badge - the outdoor bit with a treasur hunt, local walk around the area with a wheelchair bound person who uses a communicator and then taking it in turns to use a mannual chair etc

They now have the indoor bit using the a-z and drawing a local map. Any ideas on how to make this more fun, games that can be based around it

    thanks
    Derek Chambers,

presumably with the a-z bit they have to locate things on an a-z, so make it into a relay race. Or give clues as to a location, eg you would go here to get better, red and noisy vehicles leave here in a hurry and so on.
Drawing a map, how about give each six an area and then get them to join it up. Use wall paper to make it a large map which will cover one side of the HQ wall.
