    [Answered] Adult Recrutiment

If you where not involved in Scouting, but was the parent of a beaver or cub, what do you think Scouting could do to get you involved as a volunteer?

Also do you think that the existing leader/helper recruitment procedure frightens of genuine adult help?

    Dear West Hull,

This is the big question, I would like to see a mile long thread on volunteering
because this is where we need inspiration and pragmatism. Do you seek volunteers on our criterea or on theirs or a mixture of both.
