I think he should be applauded for at least responding to posts. He seems to be a normal stand up type of guy and should not be exempt from some of the posts that I or others somtimes indulge in.

I hope he doesn't start his own threads...

I seem to remember the threads he wore on Blue Peter were downright ropey!

Probably down to wardrobe I guess...

No it was one he made earlier?

We can safely say that Peter hasn't yet made the management team and the server and the new proposed server won't be made with old egg cartons and copious amouts sticky backed plastic, Jon can say here is one I set up earlier

I have to say taking the mick aside PD and Yvette Fielding were my favorite presenters (not blowing smoke) but this is that auto reaction for Blue Peter and a bit off a stereo type really. Not unlike that of Scouting, instant mind set.

Unfortunately Peter was in Blue Peter a long time after I finished watching it. But I have the utmost admiration for him the way he is really bringing to the public eye a better view of Scouting today, more relaxed and approachable than all the previous CS before. I hope he does another five years

All though my Scouting adventure I have had the micheal taken out of me for one reason or another (never nastily) and for many years was known as Blobby. (long story and no I'm not telling (might at Ecamp))

We need to start worrying when the programme of the month on POL and in the Scouting Mag turns to make your own tracey island!

oh dear, I am going to show my age now.......
I can remember Christopher Trace and Valerie Singleton, then Peter Purves and John Noakes.. have vague memories of Lesley Judd, Janet Ellis, Simon Groom, and PD, but then it gets a bit foggy.
