    highs and lows of being Chief Scout

    What are your high points and low points of being Chief Scout.
    How do you think you have made a difference to everyon in your term as Chief Scout.

    I hope I've made some difference to the perception of scouting to the wider public. I've enjoyed the challange of the role in certain situations and communicating with the young has been my favourte part.
